医学社会其实是社会的另一个投影
意思说医生也像人群一样
一种米养百种人
一间医学院培养出百种医生

不同的医生
有不同的性格
不同的人生观
不同的处理事情的一套
对医学当然也会有自己的看法

偏偏
你会遇见很多医生
他以为他自己是唯一的一种
他以为其他医生跟他一样的
也自然而然的
想把学生训练成像他一样
跟着他的一套方法办事

再讲个笑话
一个医生很威风的训学生
"There is no not sure in medicine...
Only yes or no...
Like your MCQ, true or false, no Dont know, right?
A doctor should know everything...
Everything must have evidence..."

然后有人问他
"Dr, why we cant use normal stethoscope to auscaultate fetal heart?
Why we must use pinard?"
